Visual and Environmental Art
Inspired by the beautiful rural setting, artists focus on drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. Jewish themes and the design of Judaica are part of the Visual Arts Program. (Portfolio development is available.)

Pearlstone’s woods, gardens and farmland provide an outdoor classroom in which to explore and study Maryland’s ecological systems. Participants engage in communal environmental art projects that contribute to the Pearlstone environment.

Other art workshops may include jewelry design, ceramics, papier-maché, silk painting, mosaics, paper making/book arts, and fabric arts.
